HELIDOSA Selects JDA for Part 129 OpSpec Support

BETHESDA, MD - JDA Aviation Technology Solutions (JDA) today announced that the Helidosa Aviation Group, a Dominican Republic Part 135 operator that provides charter, air tour and air ambulance services has contracted with JDA for help in obtaining Part 129 Operations Specification (OpSpec), authorizing flights to and from the United States.

JDA also will help Helidosa obtain Special Authorization for temporary relief to operate to and from the U.S. until it receives its Part 129 OpSpec, obtain DOT economic authority to operate as Foreign Air Carrier, and complete all other requirements needed to operate flights to and from the U.S.
